Anna Elizabeth Stevenson

Age 80 of New Castle, DE died Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at the Christiana Hospital. Anna, the daughter of the Samuel Bevans and Mary Maude Cain Bevans, was born on March 7, 1923 in Chester, PA. Mrs. Stevenson was the widow of Randolph Ira Stevenson, Sr. who passed away September 28, 2002. She is survived by 2 sons, Howard T. Bevans, Sr. and wife, Ruth of Chester Twp., PA and Randolph I. Stevenson, Jr. and his wife Maggie, of New Castle, DE; and 1 daughter, Deborah A. Stevenson of Newark, DE. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 sister, Mrs. Irene J. Bevans Brown of New Castle, DE; 4 sisters-in-law, a devoted niece who helped care for her, Patricia A. Mitchell of Chester, PA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
