Andre passed on November 22, 2018. Andre was born on May 16, 1964 to Betty Backus and Willie Williams, Jr. Andre was an excellent detailer and could make any car shine. Andre leaves fond memories with his daughter, Andrea; mother, Betty; a host of other relatives and friends.
