Alvin E. Carter, Jr., age 59 of Wilmington, DE passed on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Manor Care. He was married to the late Alene V. Carter who was a devoted wife whom he loved and she passed on July 1, 2010. He leaves to cherish hismemory one daughter, La'Shawn A. Carter of Wilm., DE; two devoted aunts, Estelle Waters, Ruby Vann, one devoted uncle, Dr. Richard Allen Williams; he also leaves three loyal and supportive cousins, Derek Burton, who was like a brother to Alvin, Roberta Johnson and Sharon Howard; one stepson, Charles Harris and a host of other cousins and friends.
