Alicia Rosemary Tillery

Alicia Rosemary Cleveland- Tillery was born July 31,1980 in Chester, PA, to Rosemary Legette and Grover Cleveland Sr. She passed on March 1,2025.

"Lil Rosie" as she was affectionately known received her early childhood education from Faith Temple Christian School. She attended Mount Pleasant High School in Claymont, Delaware where she was Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps( JROTC) . After high school she attended Wesley College to study communications. Alicia was employed for CR England for 6 years as a truck driver.

Alicia was a member of New Bethel Church of God in Christ. She has many hobbies cooking, singing, traveling, and crocheting.

Alicia was preceded in death by her son, Walter Tillery, father, Grover Cleveland Sr., and siblings Angela O’Neal, and Grover Cleveland Jr. 

Alicia leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband Damon Tillery, two children children Za’Nyah M. Tillery, and Zane J Tillery, mother,  Rosemary Legette Cleveland, siblings, Felicia Dean , Anissa Johnson, Jeremiah Cleveland and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends that she loved unconditionally.
