Larry transitioned on April 12, 2017.
He leaves cherished memories to his wife, M. Francine Carter; son, Larry L. Ponzo; 4 grandchildren, Lanee, Larry, Latia and Logan; brother, Rev. William (Darlene) Carter, and a host of other family and friends.
